Service

Modern AI provides AI-assisted visual generation tools. The pre-purchase style preview is a creative reference, not a generated image of the user. AI outputs can vary and may contain imperfections.

Subscriptions and billing

The selected price, billing period, included generation credits and renewal terms are shown immediately before checkout and again on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. If an introductory discount applies, the paywall states its duration and the regular amount charged afterward. A subscription renews for its selected period until canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewal through the available account or support channel. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request. Contact nikitatorbach@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt or checkout identifier.

Your content

You must have the right to upload and process a photo. Do not upload another person’s image without permission. You remain responsible for lawful use of uploaded content and generated outputs.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive identity misuse, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Generation speed and output quality may vary by input and provider availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
