Privacy notice

This notice explains the data handling specific to the fashion-discovery, virtual-styling and photoshoot web quiz. It supplements the main Modern AI privacy policy.
What the quiz records
We record your selected photo style, creation goal, realism level, first-frame preference, a random quiz session identifier, device category, country signal, campaign parameters and funnel events. We do not need your name or email to complete the quiz.
What happens to a selected selfie
The selfie is held only in memory by the open quiz page. Pressing Prepare my locked preview does not upload the selfie to an image provider and does not generate a personal image. The quiz checks the local selection, prepares the saved fashion direction and then discards the browser-held selfie.
The blurred pre-purchase image is an allowlisted catalog reference for the look you selected. It is not a generated image of you and is labelled accordingly. Closing or reloading the page also clears any browser-held selfie preview.
After checkout, Modern AI asks you to add or confirm a selfie inside the product before personal image generation starts. Account-level processing, provider handling and output retention are covered by the privacy information shown in the Modern AI product.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and card details. Modern AI receives transaction identifiers, subscription state and the quiz selections included in checkout metadata; it does not receive your complete card number.
Analytics
The quiz always sends a limited first-party operational event record to this Modern AI service so we can verify step reliability, checkout integrity and funnel operation. It includes the random quiz session identifier, current step, selected style values, campaign parameters, country/device signals and a server timestamp. It does not include selfie pixels or filenames and does not require Google Analytics.
Optional analytics providers — Google Analytics and, when configured, PostHog, Amplitude or a measurement webhook — receive no event unless you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Only necessary keeps these optional providers disabled while the limited first-party operational record continues. Your preference is stored in this browser and can be changed at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the quiz at any time, clear this site’s browser data, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable under GDPR and other laws.
